Welcome of ParticipantsDETAILS
The meeting lasted for 3 hours via Google Meet Platform. All the partners participated in the meeting. Since this was the third meeting, the agenda set on the second meeting was called.
Presentation of AgendaThe agenda was Output 1 “Need Analysis Researches about Creative and Entrepreneurship Skill Levels of University Students”. The leading organization this output was Coimbra University. So, Prof. Dr. Carlos de Sousa Reis presented and led the agenda.
Presentation of Needs Analysis OutputIn this step, need analysis output was addressed and explained in detail. In this context, the creativity and entrepreneurship context of needs analysis was mentioned.
Presentation of Theoretical Context of CreativityIn this step, the theoretical context of creativity was introduced in detail. Some perspectives on creativity were discussed. All of the participants expressed their opinions on the context.
Presentation of Theoretical Context of EntrepreneurshipIn this step, the theoretical context of entrepreneurship was introduced in detail. Some perspectives on entrepreneurship were discussed. All of the participants expressed their opinions on the context.
Presentation of Data Collecting Tools on Creativity and EntrepreneurshipIn this step, possible data collecting tools for creativity and entrepreneurship were presented and defined. All the partners examined them in detail and expressed their views on the tools.
Discussion How to Evaluate Creativity and EntrepreneurshipIn this step, the data collecting tools which were chosen by the leading organization were introduced in detail. In this context, ICAA, Budapest Agenda, KEYS, Entrecom scales were discussed. Also, how to apply these tools was discussed. Accordingly, some partners suggested that English version of the tools can be applied to the ones who can speak fluently English, while some partners stated that each country should carry out an adaptation study for the tools. However, the partners couldn’t reach a consensus to choose the tools and how to apply them. So, it was suggested that each partner should examine these chosen tools and search for other alternative tools and that all the findings should be discussed in the next meeting. Since all the partners agreed on this suggestion, next meeting was arranged to decide which tools will be used for needs analysis and which method will be followed for it.
ClosingAfter all the opinions were shared and discussed, the decisions were remembered again and the points which will be addressed in the next meeting were indicated. Accordingly, the meeting was completed.
