DETAILS

1. Welcome of Participants

The meeting lasted for 2 hours via Google Meet Platform. Some partners participated in the meeting. Since this was the monthly online meeting, the agenda was started from the ongoing issues.

2. Presentation of Agenda

Prof. Titrek presented the agenda quickly. Therefore, evaluation and discussion of needs analysis processes, planning intensive program (IP) in Sakarya, book chapter issues were addressed in turn.

3. Planning Intensive Program (IP) in Sakarya

Prof Dr Titrek gave information about the meeting he had with Sakarya University Distance Education Center Vice Director in the morning. During the IP program, he explained that 8 x 2 =16 videos on the main topics of entrepreneurship in education and creativity in education, in the Intellectual Outputs section, can be taken only by paying the technical fees. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Bayrakçı also supported the issues that were not understood with an additional explanation. He stated that it was mandatory to shoot these videos and that in the first meetings, Dr Giovanni Crisona stated that the companies he asked were asking for an exorbitant fee. For this reason, Prof.Dr. Mustafa Bayrakcı and Prof.Dr. Osman TİTREK stated that it would be the best decision to carry out the face-to-face part of the IP program at Sakarya University Distance Education Center. It was stated that these video record should be between 30-40 minutes and that this shooting program will be organized if it is prepared as PPT. Prof. dr. Linda Pavitola and Prof.Dr. Carlos Sousa Reis stated that they can shoot in their own country. Prof. dr. Osman Titrek stated that this could also be a solution, but that these shootings should be made and sent to us as soon as possible and that they will be organized at Sakarya University and shared publicly on the website and Beyond the Limits Project youtube accounts. Later, different participants asked questions about the IP program and Prof.Dr. Osman Titrek answered these sprues. He also stated that if requested and the flight schedules are specified in advance, a Shuttle bus can be sent to those who want and they can be picked up from airports. Prof. Titrek asked the partners to state their certain date on which they come to and leave from Istanbul. So, all the partners decided to present their round-trip tickets in the next days. Prof. Felix from Romania asked how the transportation from Istanbul to Sakarya will be done. So, Prof. Titrek stated that there are two options again. Firstly, there are direct services from Sabiha Gokcen Airport to Sakarya. Their departure time is set approximately hourly. Since Sabiha Gokcen Airport is closer to Sakarya and these services directly come to Sakarya University campus, Prof. Titrek suggested the partners use to this airport and these services. Secondly, there are intercity buses from İstanbul to Sakarya. if the partners want to use Istanbul Airport, then they can reach to the bus terminal and use these intercity buses. However, Istanbul Airport is far from Sakarya and there can be traffic jam, Prof. Titrek again suggested to choose Sabiha Gokcen Airport. So, the partners decided to check their tickets and decided to their route to Sakarya. In the next meeting, this issue will be addressed again. Prof. Titrek gave detail information about the accommodation process in Sakarya. He stated that he will negotiate the authorities of Sakarya University about the choices for dormitories and hotels, and he said that he will send the details in the upcoming days. Also, a detailed program on IP in Sakarya was asked by the partners. So, Turkish team agreed to prepare a detailed one, and to send it to the partners as soon as possible. In this way, all the issues were discussed and agreed by the partners. At the last step, Enrico Valori asked how many activities will done during activities to be clear all situations. Prof.Dr. Osman Titrek said them totally 6 academic activities will organize by each partner=

4. Book Chapter

In this step, the ongoing book project was addressed. All the partners were asked in which steps they were for the book chapters. Then, it was evoked that at the end of February all the book chapter drafts should be completed. So, the partners decided to complete their chapters as soon as possible for the first review.

5. Closing

After all the opinions were shared and discussed, the decisions were remembered again and the points which will be addressed in the next meeting were indicated before IP program = 14 January 2021 and 17 pm İstanbul hour. Accordingly, the meeting was completed.
